    location , cleanliness , facilities

the bond....why you block our money for nothing? and why you never return it back at the time of checking out?

It was a nice experience , the receptionist on arrival was very friendly and it was very nice to find out I'd been upgraded and what a beautiful room very impressed. Great price as well would recommend the hotel to everyone.Great location.

The value for money. The room only cost $179 for the night and it was a nice little room with a comfy bed and a cosy feel. I thought the facilities were good and the parking price of $25 per night was very reasonable. The view of Rushcutters bay was also quite pleasant.

The horrible noise of kings cross at night! We stayed there as we were going out for a birthday but I certainly wouldn't stay there if I wanted a good night's sleep. The noise of the people pouring out of clubs and the people strolling the streets still intoxicated/high at 8.30 in the morning was rather unpleasant.

The Location was excellent, right in the middle of Kings Cross and straight across the road from Kings Cross Station. Very quick room service as well! We got this hotel at a very cheap price. Very happy with that!

Water system in the shower was very hard to work, had to adjust the temperature too many times while showering. Bit of a mix up with our room key, They need to have the room numbers on the key!

We needed somewhere handy to Inner eastern suburbs and the Circular Quay/Opera House area,so this was ideal. We were able to book at a discounted rate, and had our own car, but also used the adjacent rail station. The reasonably priced parking was another advantage. The view was magnificent, the room appointments modern and the location quiet. What more could we have wanted?

When housekeeping staff are fully trained the replenishment of tea/coffee/sugar etc should not have to be 'on request'. Unfortunately the wine glasses and coffee mugs supplied were not replaced either, and I forgot to ask the reception staff if that was routine, and if we were supposed to wash them ourselves!

Great hotel, location couldn't be more convenient for getting round the city. Staff friendly and helpful. Room very clean and well sized.

Hotel staff were not friendly nor trained up to standard. There was no phone or hairdryer in the room. When I called to ask about one it took staff 2 hours to call back and still not even have a solution. Rooms were plain and extremely outdated. Extremely disappointing stay.

The hotel is at Kings Cross- literally walk out of the hotel and you are at the centre of Sydney's nightlife. About a 10 cab ride to Sydney CBD shopping district and 20 minutes away from Bondi. Everything is accessible from this hotel.

The reception staff were extremely unfriendly and make no effort to make you feel welcome. I stayed 3 nights, my sheets were not changed at all!! They also charge a $50AUD per night fee to your credit card when you get there in case you do damage to the room. When I checked out I asked about my $150 refund and the girl said they don't do the refunds. It will be returned from my bank 'sometime' in the next 10 days - they also gave me no receipt for this payment!! I'm still to receive this money back!! The Holiday Inn is directly across the road, Id recommend to stay their instead!!

The waste paper basket was not emptied, it was not sound proofef so extreme noise all night, the access card stopped working to my room - and to one lift

dinner meal was at great quality.

there was no in room internet service as it was not set up yet. this caused me lots of issues as I had a skype meeting to set up. I need to have the meeting in the privacy of my room. I was offered a free nite and had dinner on the hotel.

Really enjoyed my stay and consider the stay great value for money for a quick weekend in Sydney to do some shopping and catch up with friends. Location was very convenient close to the train station.

My room key didn't work when I arrived home at 1am however the staff did fix it straight away after spending a few minutes trying to locate them.

The rooms were clean and fresh. The staff were friendly and helpful

The pillows were terrible!!! Sorry guys but this was a big let down as I ended up with a sore neck for the next 4 days.

    Location was great.

Doesnt meet standards of 4 star. No mini bar, small bathrooms, average lobby area, small lifts, expensive car parking, reception rarely at desk to help you, old hallways and decor needs a revamp. I question how new this property is?

fantastiv views of the harbour, friendly staff, easy access to cbd, excellent food

on getting there was given a room which was already occupied ... Embarrassing for all. Room serviced but hoovering wouldve been good, not enough staff so long waits, staff not v knowledgable about area.

Central location, opposite Kings Cross Station.

New hotel. Internet was not working in bedrooms. Breakfast not included. Reception on the 2nd floor (no-one at the entrance door).
